Wellness Centre
Due to these health issues, we came across Salt Therapy from my wife’s research into natural solutions to both of these health issues. When we brought him to one of the salt room therapy, it had an immediate effect on his health both in terms of his breathing and being able to sleep properly at night.
His Eczema after only the first session showed a visible difference when you check the exposed skin against the rest of his body. We then booked block sessions to get him to the point where he was a much healthier and happy child. However, like all families with both parents working we have not had the time in recent years to keep this up. We now also have a daughter with severe Psoriasis and Eczema.
I started to look for a perfect location to set up Seomra Salainn, that would be removed from the busy environment of Dublin. The surroundings of Cnoc Dubh Square give a perfectly relaxing space in the lovely village of Ballyboughal.
Wellness Centre
The addition of our New Wellness Centre has further allowed “A Natural way to wellness” with the addition of Floatation, Our Exclusive Breathe & Detox Suite & Brass Monkey Ice Bath and Wellness Room featuring Compression Massage Therapy & Our Exclusive Massage Chairs giving the “The ULTIMATE” all over massage.
All these therapies are 100% natural and non-invasive in keeping with our ideology of natural therapies and allowing us to assist in speeding up relief with therapy layering and assisting with relief for more illnesses such as fibromyalgia and more.

As We did after last years award, we again plan to use this award to further highlight the benefits of Salt Therapy, Floatation, Infra Red Sauna, Massage Compression Therapy, Red Light Therapy, Ice Baths and massage for everyone and the importance of putting your Wellness first especially in these changing times.
And further invest back into the centre so we continue to lead the way in natural therapies for your wellness, which most recently was the launch of the HaloRed “EXCLUSIVE” to Seomra Salainn – another first.

It is an honour & a privilege to have won Start-Up Business of the Year Award for Seomra Salainn Salt Room Therapy presented by Fingal Chamber last November.
